Bethany Freel is an American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer, PoleMoves certified Pole Instructor, and Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) White belt. She has lived in Alaska for the last 11 years where she is an engineer and pole instructor. Bethany has been involved in athletics and strength training for much of her life from recreational and competitive sport to compulsive training and overtraining.
